Genc is an interaction designer who writes exquisite HTML & CSS code. He loves inventing new user interfaces and sketching out his ideas with Balsamiq.
His friends claim that he fell in a pot filled with UX as a small child. Since then he has possessed supernatural powers that allow him to read the thoughts of users. He uses this power to predict their thought patterns. Designing intuitive interface concepts is therefore mere child’s play to him. But please don’t tell him. He’s never been told about it.

Simon works as a product designer at Google in New York. His projects include
Google Docs, Google Visualizations and Mobile Apps. As the founder and owner of the Ginetta Ltd, he also stays fully informed about our projects at all times.
Previously, he worked as a research associate with Prof. R. Groner at the University of Bern, where he conducted various seminars and studies in the areas of media psychology and usability.
During his studies he participated in the development of the first usability laboratory
of Swisscom, and later founded the company Cmsbox Ltd. The cmsbox™ content management system won both the Master of Swiss Web award and the NNGroup Best Application Design award in 2008.

Tanya is a designer, with a great commitment, in all respects. She loves creative stages where she develops easy and useful concepts. It’s a delightful challenge for her to design those concepts visually.
In the last few years, she was mainly focused on conception and design of websites and apps. Designing of pixels became her passion.
Tanya is currently studying Interaction Design at Bern University of Design to become a federal diploma designer.

Valérie is the managing director of Ginetta Ltd. Her first encounter with the internet in the 1990s was so mesmerizing that she decided to make online communication her career. In the past ten years she’s gathered a lot of experience in business management both working as an entrepreneur and as an employee.
She assists our clients from the initial establishment of contact to completion of the project. Valérie recognizes the needs of our clients, which allows her to create a basis of trust for our collaborative efforts.
